Section 53.
In section 54, in subsection (1)(a), the words from “but” to “70”, and subsection (4).
In Schedule 3, in paragraph 5(7)(a), “(or at least 20 of them, if that is less than half”.
In Schedule 5, in paragraph 2(2), the definition of “period of enhancement” and the previous “and”, and in paragraph 8, sub-paragraphs (1) and (2).
1994 c.18.
The Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Act 1994.
In Schedule 1, paragraphs 20 and 21.
These repeals have effect in accordance with Schedule 4 to this Act.
