Laid before Parliament at 3.00 p.m. on 2nd July 2026
Coming into force 31st July 2026
The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the Pensions Act 2004.
The Pensions Regulator consents to the making of this Order as required by section 92(2) of that Act.
