Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 1 and Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Order 2004.

In this Order—

• “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995^f1; and

• “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
