# The Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10 and Saving Provision) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10 and Saving Provision) Order 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
