  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force of section 273 of the Pensions Act 2004 (c.35) on the following dates;\n5th March 2008 for the purpose only of conferring power to make regulations relating to the internal dispute resolution procedure; and\n6th April 2008 for all other purposes.",
