# The Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993;
“the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;
“the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
