  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No.3, Transitional Provisions and Amendment) Order 2005.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;\n“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ;\n“the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995 ; and\n“the Authority” means the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority established by section 1 of the 1995 Act.",
