# The Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
