  "text": "(1) Section 3 of the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14) (use of information) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for the words from “social security” to “training” substitute “ any of the matters specified in subsection (1A) below ”.\n(3) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) The matters are—\n(a) social security, child support or war pensions;\n(b) employment or training;\n(c) private pensions policy;\n(d) retirement planning.”\n(4) In subsection (2)(a), for the words from “social security” to “training” substitute “ any of the matters specified in subsection (1A) above ”.\n(5) After subsection (4) insert—\n“(5) In this section—\n“private pensions policy” means policy relating to occupational pension schemes or personal pension schemes (within the meaning given by section 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993);\n“retirement planning” means promoting financial planning for retirement.”",
