# Pensions Act 2004, Paragraph 36


In section 7 (appointment of trustees)—
(a) in subsection (1) omit “a trustee of such a scheme ceases to be a trustee”, and
(b) in subsection (2) for “section 23(1)(b)” in both places substitute “ section 23(1) ”.
