  "heading": "Pension schemes to which this Part applies",
  "text": "(1) The provisions of this Part apply to every occupational pension scheme other than—\n(a) a money purchase scheme, or\n(b) a prescribed scheme or a scheme of a prescribed description.\n(2) Regulations under subsection (1)(b) may provide for exemptions from all or any of the provisions of this Part.",
