  "text": "The following provisions of the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26) apply to regulations under this Act as if they were regulations made by virtue of Part 1 of that Act—\n(a) section 10(3) to (9) (power to impose civil penalties for contravention of regulations under Part 1 of that Act);\n(b) section 116 (power to provide for contravention of regulations under that Part to be criminal offence).",
