  "heading": "Revocation of codes of practice",
  "text": "(1) A code of practice under section 90 or 90A may be revoked by the Secretary of State by order.\n(2) An order under this section may be made only with the consent of the Regulator.\n(3) Without prejudice to section 315, an order under this section may contain such savings as appear to the Secretary of State to be necessary or expedient in connection with the revocation of the code.",
