(b)

regulation 1(2) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996^f2 (interpretation); and

(c)

regulation 1(3) of the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations 2000^f3 (interpretation),

omit paragraph (b) and the word “and” immediately preceding it.
