Article 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2007 (Supplementary Provisions) (No.2) Order 2009.

This Order comes into force on 6th April 2010.

In this Order, “the 2006 Order” means the Social Security (Reduced Rates of Class 1 Contributions, Rebates and Minimum Contributions) Order 2006^f1.

This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
