# Pensions Act 2007, Paragraph 26


In section 159A of that Act (effect of alteration of rates of a jobseeker's allowance) in subsection (5), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “alteration”, after each occurrence of “section 150” insert “ or 150A ”.
