# Pensions Act 2007, Paragraph 27


In section 159B of that Act (effect of alterations affecting state pension credit)—
(a) in subsection (4) (power to anticipate up-rating of state pension credit) in paragraph (a) after “section 150” insert “ , 150A ”;
(b) in subsection (6), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “alteration”—
(i) after “150” (where it first occurs) insert “ or 150A ”;
(ii) after “150” (where it next occurs) insert “ , 150A ”.
