# Pensions Act 2007, Paragraph 4


(1) Section 39C of the SSCBA (rate of widowed parent's allowance and bereavement allowance) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after “section 46(2)” insert “ and (4) ”.
(3) In subsection (3), in each of paragraphs (a) and (b), for “sections” substitute “ provisions ”.
