  "text": "(1) As soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year, the Authority must send to the Secretary of State a report on the exercise of the Authority's functions during that year.\n(2) A report under this paragraph must include—\n(a) a report on the Authority's proceedings during that year,\n(aa) the report prepared by the non-executive committee under paragraph 8A(3), and\n(b) such information relating to the financial position of the Authority, and to any other matters that he thinks appropriate, as the Secretary of State may direct.\n(3) The Secretary of State must lay before Parliament a copy of each report received by him under this paragraph.",
