  "text": "The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 shall come into force on 6th April 2012—\n(a) section 106 (contracting-out: abolition of all protected rights),\n(b) section 148 (repeals), in so far as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 11, and\n(c) Part 3 of Schedule 11 (repeals having effect in accordance with section 106).",
