# The Pensions Act 2008 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2008 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2008.
