  "text": "(1) The provisions of the Act specified in paragraph (2) come into force on 30th June 2012.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) those listed in Schedule 1 to this Order, in so far as they are not already in force, and\n(b) those listed in Schedule 2 to this Order.",
