  "text": "(1) The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 shall come into force on 26th January 2009—\n(a) sections 62 to 64;\n(b) section 128;\n(c) section 132; and\n(d) section 138.\n(2) The following provisions of the same Act shall come into force on 6th April 2009—\n(a) section 100;\n(b) section 101 in so far as it relates to Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 2;\n(c) section 130;\n(d) section 139;\n(e) section 148 in so far as it relates to Part 2 of Schedule 11;\n(f) Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 2; and\n(g) Part 2 of Schedule 11.",
