  "text": "The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 come into force on 5th July 2010—\n(a) section 75 (trustee corporation) in so far as not already in force, and Schedule 1 (the trustee corporation) in so far as not already in force;\n(b) section 76 (functions); and\n(c) section 99 (interpretation of part).",
