  "text": "(1) The trustee corporation may appoint employees and make any other arrangements for its staffing that it thinks fit.\n(2) Employees are appointed and hold their employment on terms and conditions, including remuneration, determined by the trustee corporation.\n(3) The trustee corporation must—\n(a) pay to or in respect of employees such pensions, allowances or gratuities as it may determine, or\n(b) provide and maintain for them such pension schemes (whether contributory or not) as it may determine.",
