# Pensions Act 2008, Paragraph 4


(1) Section 25 (matters to which court is to have regard) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “and 24A” substitute “ , 24A, 24B and 24E ”.
(3) In subsections (1) and (2), for “or 24B” substitute “ , 24B or 24E ”.
