Paragraph 11

In section 306(2) (overriding requirements)—

(a)

after paragraph (d) insert—

“(da)

any direction issued by the Regulator under section 39A(6);”; and

(b)

after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea)

any direction issued by the Regulator under section 43A(3);”.
