  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may make provision by regulations—\n(a) for ... jobholders to be given information about the effect of sections 2 to 8 in relation to them;\n(b) for ... workers to whom section 9 applies to be given information about the effect of that section in relation to them;\n(c) for a prescribed person to be required to provide the information.\n(2) Regulations under this section may in particular make provision about —\n(a) what information must be given;\n(b) in what circumstances it must be given;\n(c) how and when it must be given.",
