  "text": "(1) Pension compensation sharing is available under this Chapter in relation to a person's shareable rights to PPF compensation.\n(2) For the purposes of this Chapter, a right of a person to PPF compensation is “shareable” unless it is of a description specified by regulations made by the Secretary of State.",
