  "text": "(1) The Pensions Act 2004 (c. 35) is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 173 (Pension Protection Fund)—\n(a) in subsection (3)(b), after “the pension compensation provisions” insert “ or Chapter 1 of Part 3 of the Pensions Act 2008 ”;\n(b) in subsection (5), omit “of this Act”.\n(3) After paragraph 18(2)(d) of Schedule 5 (Board of the Pension Protection Fund) insert—\n“(da) section 168A (charges in respect of pension sharing etc);”.\n(4) After paragraph 18(2)(g) of that Schedule insert—\n“(ga) section 116 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Pensions Act 2008 (discharge of liability in respect of pension compensation credit);\n(gb) section 117 of that Act (charges in respect of pension compensation sharing costs);\n(gc) section 118 of that Act (supply of information about pension compensation in relation to divorce etc);\n(gd) section 119 of that Act (supply of information about pension compensation sharing);”.\n(5) In paragraph 18(2)(h) of that Schedule—\n(a) after “section 111” insert “ of this Act ”;\n(b) for “(g)” substitute “ (gd) ”.",
