# Pensions Act 2008, Section 59: Employment Appeal Tribunal


In section 21(1) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (c. 17) (jurisdiction of appeal tribunal), after paragraph (gc) insert—
“(gd) the Pensions Act 2008,”.
