  "text": "The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2011 come into force on 13th March 2013—\n(a) section 22 (Pension Protection Fund) in so far as it is not already in force; and\n(b) the following paragraphs of Schedule 4 (Pension Protection Fund)—\n(i) paragraph 1 (introductory provision for amendments to the Pensions Act 2004) in so far as it is not already in force;\n(ii) paragraphs 21 to 28 (postponement of compensation); and\n(iii) paragraphs 29 to 36 (pension compensation sharing: postponement of compensation).",
