  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings certain provisions of the Pensions Act 2011 (c. 19) into force on 13th March 2013, in so far as they are not already in force.\nArticle 2 commences the following provisions of the Pensions Act 2011—\nsection 22, which relates to the Pension Protection Fund;\nparagraph 1 of Schedule 4, which introduces provisions for amendments to the Pensions Act 2004;\nparagraphs 21 to 28 of Schedule 4, which relate to postponement of compensation; and\nparagraphs 29 to 36 of Schedule 4, which relate to pension compensation sharing and postponement of compensation.",
