# Pensions Act 2011, Paragraph 16


In the following provisions of the Pensions Act 2004 after “152(2)” insert “ or (2B) ”
(a) section 154(2)(c) (requirement to wind up certain schemes), and
(b) section 172(4) and (5)(c) (fraud compensation regime).
