  "text": "In section 32A of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 (appeals) after subsection (5) insert—\n“(5A) Regulations under subsection (4) are to be made by statutory instrument.\n(5B) A statutory instrument containing regulations under subsection (4) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”",
