# The Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2014, Article 2: Provision coming into force on 23rd July 2014


23rd July 2014 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 52 of the Pensions Act 2014 (public service pension schemes: transitional arrangements) for all purposes.
