  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force section 52 of the Pensions Act 2014 (c.19) on 23rd July 2014. That section amends section 18 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (c.25) which relates to restriction of existing pension schemes and transitional arrangements. This is the first commencement order to be made under the Pensions Act 2014.\nThe Order will have no effect on the costs of business or the voluntary sector. For that reason no impact assessment has been produced.",
