# The Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2014.
