# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 10: Amendment of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deductions from Benefits) Regulations 1988


In regulation 3 (benefits from which an award may be recovered) of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deductions from Benefits) Regulations 1988 after sub-paragraph (j) insert—
“(ja) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
