# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 14: Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992


(1) The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 7(1)(b) (net income: calculation or estimation of N), for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.
(3) In paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 1 (calculation of N and M), for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.
