  "heading": "Amendment of the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996",
  "text": "(1) The Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 12(1)(a)(ii) (additional condition for the higher pensioner and disability premiums) of Schedule 1 (applicable amounts) after “under the 1992 Act”, insert “or a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.\n(3) After paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 2 (sums to be disregarded in the determination of earnings) insert—\n“(aa) where—\n(i) the employment has been terminated because of retirement, and\n(ii) on retirement he is entitled to a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014, or is not so entitled solely because he does not have the minimum number of qualifying years,\nany earnings in respect of that employment, but only for a period commencing on the day immediately after the date on which the employment was terminated;”.",
