# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 19: Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000


In regulation 4(1)(flat rate) of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (g) omit “and”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (h) insert—
“; and
(i) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
