  "text": "(1) The Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 48(1) (Class 3 contributions) in the words in parentheses omit “contribution”.\n(3) In regulation 49(3) (precluded Class 3 contributions) after “retirement pension,” insert “a state pension under section 2 or 4 of the Pensions Act 2014”.",
