# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 22: Amendment of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations 2001


In regulation 2(3) (modification of Part II of the Contributions and Benefits Act) of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations 2001—
(a) omit sub-paragraph (b);
(b) in sub-paragraph (e) for the words in parentheses, substitute “Category B retirement pension for widows, widowers and surviving civil partners who attained pensionable age before 6th April 2010”.
