# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 23: Amendment of the Social Security (Notification of Change of Circumstances) Regulations 2001


After regulation 5(1ZB)(f) (change affecting other benefit payment or advantage) of the Social Security (Notification of Change of Circumstances) Regulations 2001 insert—
“(fa) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
