# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 27: Amendment of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005


In regulation 10(1A) (deductions from an award of a funeral payment) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005, after sub-paragraph (v) insert—
“(va) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
