In the Criminal Defence Service (Information Requests) (Prescribed Benefits) Regulations 2009f1 in regulation 2 (prescribed benefits), in the table entitled “Prescribed Benefits”—
(a)
after the row beginning “Category A and Category B retirement pension” insert—
“
State pension The Pensions Act 2014 Part I ”;
(b)
in the row beginning “Shared additional pension”, for “Section 55A” substitute “Sections 55A and 55AA”.
