  "text": "(1) The Equality Act (Age Exceptions for Pension Schemes) Order 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2(4) (interpretation) in the defined term “basic statement retirement pension”, for “statement” substitute “state”.\n(3) In Schedule 1 (occupational pension schemes: excepted rules, practices, actions and decisions)—\n(a) after paragraph 1(b)(iii) (admission to schemes) insert—\n“; or\n(iv) does not exceed an amount calculated more or less to reflect the amount of the state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”;\n(b) in paragraph 14(1)(b) after “additional state retirement pension”, insert “or the state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”;\n(c) in paragraph 14(1)(c) after “additional state retirement pension”, insert “or the state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”;\n(d) after paragraph 23(c), insert—\n“; or\n(d) does not exceed an amount calculated more or less to reflect the amount of the state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.",
