# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 38: Amendment of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012


In regulation 44(1) (flat rate) of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (g) omit “and”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (h) insert—
“; and
(i) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
