  "text": "(1) The Social Security (Payments on Account of Benefit) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (definition of “benefit”) after paragraph (1)(f) insert—\n“(g) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.\n(3) In regulation 7(3) (definition of financial need) for “to (f)” substitute “to (g)”.",
